Biography
Farshid Fakhri, a prominent and innovative Iranian visual artist, was born on March 31, 1990, in the culturally rich city of Isfahan. His passion and talent for art emerged during his teenage years, and he began his professional artistic career in 2007. With academic training in painting, he has developed expertise across various disciplines including freehand drawing and improvisational art, skull illustration, pattern design for carpets and handicrafts, digital design, and AI-based art. His unique personal style—a blend of improvisation and conceptual structure—has made his works distinctive and notable in both Iranian and international art scenes.Farshid holds internationally recognized certifications in curating from prestigious institutions in Austria and the UK. Alongside his artistic practice, he has actively contributed as an art director, curator, and media consultant in numerous local and international projects and exhibitions. He is the founder of “Studio Far Creativity” and has collaborated with various publications and media outlets, such as Ham-Bastegi Newspaper and Peyk-e-Poyesh Magazine. Additionally, he serves as the Director of Public and International Relations at the Contemporary Art Group of Iran and as the Art Director of the Canadian-based company, Today & Always.Fakhri’s artistic approach combines technique, philosophy, personal identity, and inner expression—qualities that have positioned him as one of the most creative and influential figures among the new generation of Iranian visual artists.
